BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyer's premium of 32% of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase.
RECORD OF SALE: The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.
START TIME: Auction will start promptly at 12 Noon EST (New York Time). We strongly suggest that if you want to ensure participation you leave a left bid to lessen the chance of missing an item during the live sale.
TAX: The total sales price is subject to applicable sales tax. NY residents will pay 8.625% unless a (tax exempt) resale certificate is on file with the auction house.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Kotler's to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
