Auction Details and Terms of Sale ---.1) This online auction event is located at 921 Tanner Rd, Taylors, SC 29687. --- 2) Buyer's premium is 18%. --- 3) Bidders paying with a card will pay card processing fees charged by Proxibid or LiveAuctioneers. Auction Preview --- A preview for Part I will be held on Saturday, August 8 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Auction End Time --- Online auction bidding ends on the evening of Sunday, August 9, 2026. The lots close in a staggered manner with the first lot closing at 8:00 pm and subsequent lots ending about 1-2 minutes apart. --- For lots that have ongoing bidding, the hammer will be held until active bidding on that lot ceases for the timed auction period. Payment Instructions --- Winning bidder will receive a detailed and itemized invoice by email soon after the auction closes. FOR INVOICES THAT TOTAL LESS THAN $2,000: --- IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH CARD PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS AT PICKUP. Please use the payment features of the auction platform (Proxibid / Live Auctioneers) to make your payment by card. Please ensure that your card payment is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time given below. If your card payment has not cleared the card processor by the pick up time, we will not be able to release the unpaid property to you. (Card payments often take 24 hours or more to clear the card processor.) --- IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH CASH MONEY/PREAPPROVED CHECK AT PICKUP, please let us know as soon as the auction closes so that your card is not charged. You may alert us by sending a text message “PAYING CASH AT PICKUP” and your name/bidder ID to 864-238-2942. FOR INVOICES THAT TOTAL $2,000 OR MORE: You are required to make payment at pickup in cash money or by preapproved check. FOR DISTANT BUYERS (those not coming to pickup) a wire payment (not ACH) is required. We will contact you by phone and by email to arrange for wire transfer if that method is used. Paid Property Pickup Date and Time --- Paid property should be picked up on TUESDAY, August 11 between 2—5 pm at 921 Tanner Rd., Taylors, SC 29687. Signs will be posted. Shipping Instructions --- During the auction you may request an estimate of shipping and insurance costs from us, but your request must be submitted at least 72 hours before the auction ends. --- Property identified as "LOCAL PICKUP ONLY" in the description will not be shipped and must be picked up at the pickup location, date, and time specified in the auction details. --- For those that require shipping, we will coordinate shipping for you AFTER the invoice for auction lots won is fully paid. We will contact you with a shipping & insurance quote before your property is shipped. --- The winning bidder may instead arrange their own shipping for any lot(s) won. In that case, you must arrange for your shipper to complete all packing and pickup during the paid property pickup period specified in the auction details. GENERAL --- It is the bidder's responsibility to evaluate all aspects of authenticity, originality, condition and imperfections before bidding. Although we make every effort to describe all items accurately, Harris Estate Services, LLC is not responsible for errors or omissions in description, genuineness or authenticity, and fault or defect in any property. All property is sold as shown, described and “as-is” --- No warranties or representations whatsoever are given by Harris Estate Services, LLC to any buyer in respect to any property. --- Harris Estate Services reserves the right to add or delete lots throughout the auction. --- Harris Estate Services reserves the right to decline bidding registration to any person or entity. --- Disputes are heard in Greenville County, South Carolina. 2. BUYER'S PREMIUM --- Unless otherwise noted in a particular lot's description, a buyer's premium of 18% shall be added to each sold lot's winning bid hammer price. 4. AUCTION RESERVES --- Whether on not a reserve price is indicated for the lot, all lots are offered with reserve and auctioneer may withdraw any lot at any time until the lot is sold (hammer dropped). --- The auctioneer may advance bidding. 5. INTERNET BIDDING --- Harris Estate Services LLC is not responsible for internet connection problems or auction platform (Proxibid or LiveAuctioneers) issues that cause missed bids. Bidders who desire to make certain their bid is accepted should use the maximum bid feature and leave their maximum bid at least 24 hours before the auction ends. --- For lots that have ongoing bidding, the hammer will be held until active bidding on that lot ceases for the timed auction period. 6. WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION ---The bidder submitting the highest bid shall be the winning bidder and will receive a detailed and itemized invoice by email soon after the auction closes. ---The record of sale, as kept by the auctioneer, will be taken as absolute and final. 7. FORMS of PAYMENT ACCEPTED --- For invoices totaling less than $2000—Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash money, and preapproved checks are accepted. --- For invoices totaling $2000 or more—cash money or a preapproved check submitted at pickup is required. For distant winning bidders (those not coming to pickup) a wire payment (not ACH) is required. We will contact you by phone and by email to arrange for wire transfer if that method is used. --- Checks, money orders, Paypal, Venmo or other forms of payment will not be accepted without prior written approval by Harris Estate Services, LLC at least five (5) days before the auction event ends. 8. SALES TAX --- Sales tax will be automatically determined and calculated at the time of invoicing based on a variety of factors including: State, City & County jurisdiction requirements, ship to/from addresses and category of item purchased. --- Winning bidders with a resale tax number must register that number with the auction platform (Proxibid or LiveAuctioneeers) before bidding in order to have sales tax removed from the invoice. 9. PAYMENT --- Payment instructions given in the auction details must be followed to make payment. --- Property not paid for within 72 hours of auction close (hammer dropped=property sold) shall be deemed “unpaid property” and, in that case, winning bidder forfeits the unpaid property. 10. PAID PROPERTY PICKUP --- Winning bidder is responsible for packing supplies and for packing and loading all property won. --- Winning bidder is responsible for providing suitable help to load heavy, bulky items of property won. --- Harris Estate Services LLC is not responsible for damage that may occur to buyer's property at pick up. 11. SHIPPING --- Shipping instructions given in the auction details must be followed by winning bidders that want paid property to be shipped. 12. REMOVAL of PROPERTY ---Unless other arrangements are made with Harris Estate Services beforehand, paid property must be removed from the sale premises no later than 72 hours following the close of the auction event. Property not removed shall be deemed abandoned by winning bidder and winning bidder forfeits any right to the property. ---Harris Estate Services, LLC shall have no liability for any damage or loss to property left on the sale premises for more than 72 hours following the close of the auction event. 13. AGREEMENT TO TERMS and CONDITIONS of AUCTION EVENT --- Your bidding at this auction event indicates that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions of Auction Event.
