Auction online on internet in name of and for third parties. Participation to auction implies full acceptance of the below terms of sales: Art. 1 A buyer's premium of 20 % will be added to all winnings bids on top of the final bidding price. Art. 2 The buyer is obligated to honor any bid he makes. In the event he fails to pay, Autographs Auction reserves the right to resell the merchandises, all costs and buyer premiums remaining at Buyer?s charge. Art. 3 Autographs Auction reserves the right to remove any item, reject any bid and ban anyone from participating in the auction for any reason at his sole discretion. Art. 4 Bid increments are set at 10% increases. Art. 5 All items are sold ?as is? and without guarantee. Each item is described with a statement indicating its overall condition. Substantial defects are noted, minor defects may not me mentioned. Buyer is encouraged to contact Autographs Auction for more details on the item condition and content. Reproductions, dimensions and weights are for information. Framed lots are not subject to description, condition statements, nor are they considered a reason for return. We do not remove the item from the frame. Art. 6 Lots including several items are sold ?as is? and without guarantee. Any question shall be addressed to Autographs Auction before the end of the closure of the auction. Any multiple items lot shall not be returned to Autographs Auction. Art. 7 If a lot is subject to a reserve price, Autographs Auction may implement such reserve by biding on behalf of the consignor, until reaching the reserve. Art. 8 By default all invoices will be sent by email, if not specified. Art. 9 Full payment is due within 7 (seven) days of the ending auction date. Art. 10 Following means of payments are accepted: cash payment, bank transfer (bank fees charged to the payer), cheques (encashment fees at payer?s charge) and Paypal (plus paypal payment fees, rates upon request). Art. 11 Buyer becomes owner of the item(s) once the payment is received in full by Autographs Auction. Item(s) will be shipped when funds are received and cleared. Art. 12 For autographs, certificates of authenticity will be sent upon request. Art. 13 Shipping is done by letter or parcel signed at buyer?s charge. Invoice will mention all shipping charges. Art. 14 All sales are made under Swiss Law and Canton of Geneva jurisdiction, wherever the parties place of residence are.
