TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: The lots listed in this catalog will be offered by Doris Auction Gallery as agent for consignor subject to the following terms and conditions. Where Doris Auction Gallery is agent, the contract is between seller and buyer. The following Conditions of Sale and Terms of Guarantee constitute the entire agreement with the purchaser relative to the property listed in this catalog. All items are online sales only. All lots are sold "AS IS" and without recourse and neither Doris Auction Gallery nor its consignor makes any warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to such lots. Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine by picture any property in which they are interested, before they place a bid. Doris Auction Gallery reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the commencement of bidding for such lot and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. Some lots in the sale may be subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price agreed upon between Doris Auction Gallery and the owner of the item. Each lot in the online catalog is given a low and high estimate representing that range which, in the opinion of Doris Auction Gallery is a conservative auction evaluation. Actual prices realized for items can fall below or above this range. An estimate of the selling price should not be relied on as a statement that this is the price at which the item will sell or its value for any other purpose. All measurements and weight are approximate. Doris Auction Gallery reserves the right, at our complete discretion, to reject any bid, as well as the right to refuse to acknowledge any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by Doris Auction Gallery will be the purchaser. The total purchase price to be paid by a purchaser is the amount of the successful bid price plus a PREMIUM OF 20% and all shipping costs. The balance of the purchase price, if any, should be paid within (10) days of the auction. Such payment shall be made in U.S. Dollars through PAYPAL or WIRE TRANSFER only. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be honored between the purchaser and Doris Auction Gallery. Doris Auction Gallery is not obligated to offer any exchange or refund. SHIPPING Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon request, Doris Auction Gallery will give an "estimation" of shipping expenses.
