No Reserves and No Buyer's Premium! Please note that your bid is the contract between Prestige Auction Galleries. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on from the seller. You should contact the Prestige Auction Galleries to resolve any questions before bidding. Successful bidders must pay for the entire invoice before any items are removed or shipped from our gallery. All items must be paid for within THREE BUSINESS DAYS from the date of auction and ALL items must be removed within three business days. Prestige Auction Galleries reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the catalog at its sole discretion. PAG and its auctioneers have final say in any dispute among bids or winning bidders. Our records shall be conclusive in any dispute. Buyer?s Premium There is no Buyer?s Premium or Reserves. The purchase price payable by a buyer at auction shall be the final bid. All purchases are subject to CA sales tax rate of 9.00% unless the Purchaser has a valid tax exemption number and will be applied to the Invoice. Shipping, Handling and Insurance Prestige Auction Galleries provides handling, packing and shipping services solely as a convenience for our Bidders. PAG includes an ESTIMATED AMOUNT in the auction invoice after the sale. If an item is to be shipped, it is sent to our UPS store location after the first 3 business days. All US domestic shipments are insured at the total bid amount contained in the shipment (other add-on charges are not covered by insurance). We pay for insurance services at our own expense as a security for both our Bidders and PAG. We also require a Direct Signature from the Bidder once the merchandise is received. Large, heavy, fragile or otherwise unusual items will incur additional charges. We mainly use UPS Ground Shipping on domestic shipments, which may take 3-7 business days. Under special circumstances, PAG may ship items using UPS Express Mail, private carriers or pack and ship enterprises, the cost of which shall be charged to the Bidder. PAG will not use shipment using lower classes of mail due to the increased risk of loss. Requests earlier shipment or special handling may be accommodated on a limited basis at PAG?s sole discretion and may incur additional handling charges. All costs charged to a Bidder's original invoice are estimates and PAG reserves the right to charge additional amounts if such estimates are exceeded and Bidder hereby agrees to such additional amounts. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and Foreign Countries - Shipping and handling charges to these locations are higher and often require registry or express mail. The shipping carriers may also limit insurance coverage to foreign locations. PAG will ship items to foreign locations using the same classes of mail and additional postal services that it uses to ship to US locations, to the extent that such services are available, and, insurance coverage may be limited or unavailable. It is the foreign bidder's obligation to be aware of and instruct PAG regarding any alternative shipping arrangements, which may be desired to increase insurance coverage. PAG will not be liable for any shortfall of insurance either on foreign shipments or on the non-coverage of additional invoice charges exceeding bid amounts. Returns All property is sold AS IS/WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. While Prestige Auction Galleries representatives, to the best of their ability, describe the items for sale, there are no warranties, expressed or implied that the property offered for sale is what it is described to be by the Auctioneer or the catalog. The bidder is solely responsible for determining the age, size, condition and value of the property before bidding. Neither Prestige Auction Galleries nor its Consignors will be held responsible for any descriptions of the rarity, quality, condition, size, importance, or provenance of the property, and no statement, whether oral or written, by the Auctioneer or by any representative of PAG shall be deemed a warranty or representation regarding the property offered for sale. Returns may only be made with the advance written authorization of PAG and are in PAG?s sole discretion to approve. To request a return you must provide a written request fully explaining the basis for the return no later than 3 days after your receipt of the lot. Under no circumstances will any amounts other than the winning bid amount be refunded. A restocking charge of 20% of the full invoice amount may apply in PAG 's sole discretion. Any allowed returns must be received in exactly the same condition as when originally shipped to Buyer, or they will be returned to buyer at Buyer's cost. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. Delivery refusal of items shipped by PAG to the bidder constitutes an unauthorized return in direct violation of these general terms and conditions. Payment Prestige Auction Galleries takes payment in the form of, PayPal, credit cards, certified checks, personal or business checks, or wire transfers. We will charge a $50 fee on all checks returned by the buyer's bank. No merchandise shall be given out prior to the end of the entire auction session.
