European Antiques & Collectibles

This auction features exquisite collector?s items such as an extraordinary marble Satyr head, which draws on the classical mythology of the Roman Empire. A further highlight comes in the shape of a luxurious set of plates, which were created around 1740 by the famous Meissen manufacturer, and features fine chinoiserie designs and exuberant gold detailing. The bronze sculpture by Frenchman Arthur Jacques Le Duc is particularly charming with its depiction of three children giving each other a leg-up onto a horse.
