Terms and Conditions of Business NYDJ Chinese Art Gallery advises its prospective buyers to evaluate each lot of its auction with discretion and self-provided professional assistance. Any literature regarding its Lots for auction, including descriptions and photo image as provided in a catalog or elsewhere, in writing or made orally, is merely presented as a statement of opinion and therefore is advised to be considered only for reference. NYDJ Chinese Art Gallery and its consignors do not make any warranty or representation of any form regarding their lots for auction. The Buyers assumes the responsibility to make a decision as to the authenticity, quality and value of any lot to purchase. Please be advised that all lots are sold “As Is” and all sales are “Final”. There will be “No Returns Nor Refunds” regarding all transactions whatsoever. * The Buyer agrees to pay for applicable sales taxes. All items purchased are subject to payment of the New York State and City sales tax of 8.875% on the total purchase price. *The Buyer must claim a winning bid and pay in full for the purchased property immediately after sale. *The payment for a purchased lot may be made via PayPal (under $3,000), through a wire transfer or by a money order or a Cashier’s Check of an American Bank. *NYDJ Chinese Art Gallery accepts Credit Cards for a payment only via PayPal.
