For this outstanding 3 session auction, we have different groups of antiques, artwork, coins & currency and then, the Jack Mills Lamp Collection, Part I of an unknown number of several selling events. SESSION I, BEGINNING AT 9:30 AM EASTERN TIME Beginning at 9:30 AM, EST, there will be a coin and currency auction featuring a rare 1929 Troy, Alabama National Currency $10 from Farmers & Merchants National Bank with a red seal, along with approximately 150 other lots of silver coins, copper pennies and silver certificates. A 15 MINUTE INTERMISSION SESSION II, BEGINNING APPROXIMATELY 11:15 AM EASTERN TIME An 1819 Virginia Sampler made by Eliza Jane Fisher, descended through the Roper Family to one the largest slave traders in Tennessee and Mississippi, Lawson D. Franklin, builder of 5 historic mansions still standing and occupied today, fine art paintings, early handmade furniture, Victorian pieces, silver, jewelry, watches, oriental rugs, lusters, and lots more. Approximately 300 lots in Session II. There is also an original, 1965 Jim Grey nautical painting from Mobile, Alabama before his move to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The antique portion of the days auction is projected to end around 1:30 or so with time for buyers to collect their items before the lamp portion begins. A 15 MINUTE INTERMISSION SESSION III, BEGINNING APPROXIMATELY AT 2:00 EASTERN STANDARD TIME AND CONTINUING UNTIL FINISHED. The Jack Mills Lamp Collection with this being the first of several auctions to liquidate, ceiling light fixtures, chandeliers, table lamps, desk lamps, art glass shades, sconces, brass, bronze, glass, everything related to a lamp from 1830-1950, this is a lamp sale you will want to preview.
