ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES are possible. All items are available for inquiries prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions of the lot are our opinions only and should in no way be a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. All measurements are approximate. We Gold Star Auctions describe all items carefully and to the best of our ability and will attempt to point out any defects but will not be responsible or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot. If you are not sure about the item or have any doubts prior to bidding please do not bid. I will not accept return if you thought prior to bidding that it is an older piece or is more valuable than stated. We recommend all bidders to examine all items carefully in which they have an interest in prior to bidding. By placing a bid via the Internet, you signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire to or that you have chosen not to examine them. If you are not sure about any item presented by Gold Star Auction, if you are in doubt to its condition, age, material or any other features of the item please consult with an appraisal or an expert prior to bidding or winning my items. Or you may choose to not bid on the item in question. IF THERE EVER IS A CASE OF A REFUND BEING ISSUED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY SHIPPING FEES. Shipping both ways and 15% restocking fee is not refundable. Shipping: I assume no responsibility for shipping time. I send all of my items with tracking numbers, no exceptions. All of my items are send the same or next business day. Please be advised that you may not combine purchases to save on shipping as all items need to be packaged carefully. All Canadian buyers must pay harmonized sales tax (HST) on the total purchase price. International buyers are exempt from tax when items are shipped out of Canada. Appropriate sales tax will be added to your invoice. Gold Star Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before, during, or after the auction without liability. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at any time and at his sole discretion. A range of estimates is given on each lot with a low and a high estimate. Please note that estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling or resale price. Payment. We accept Paypal and personal and company cheques. For all items purchased with Gold Star Auctions you will be emailed an invoice within 24 hours after the auction close.
