PLEASE READ THESE TERMS. BY BIDDING IN THIS AUCTION YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS: BIDDING AND BUYING: Your bid is a contract. If you are the winning bidding we expect you to pay! We do our best to describe items accurately, to identify faults and to take plentiful photographs - but our descriptions and photography may not always be comprehensive, and descriptions do not represent a guarantee. We encourage potential bidders to call BEFORE bidding with questions about condition, and to make an appointment to inspect items in person before bidding. All sales are FINAL and refunds are NOT given. BILLING: We will bill all buyer cards following the auction. Card denial will result in won items being placed in an upcoming auction, and a ban for the bidder with denied card. We rely on quick payment to get sold items out quickly so new items can be brought in. We can not store items while we await payment. Cards will first be billed for your order, and then billed a second time later for your shipping total. A 6.75 percent sales tax will be charged to Ohio bidders unless Tax exempt form provided. If we attempt to bill your card for shipping but it doesn't go through, we will take your items to the UPS store to be shipped. PICKUP: Pickup times for this auction will be Thursday, June 25 from 5 pm to 7 pm (excluding furniture, which you may pick up by appointment at our storage unit). If you want to bid on an item but can't pick up during these times, you MUST email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a specific pickup day and time PRIOR to bidding on any items. Please email before bidding to receive authorization to pick up at a different day or time - we will not authorize different pickup days or times if you ask after bidding or winning. WARNING: IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP AT OUR SET DAYS AND TIMES, AND YOU DO NOT REQUEST AND RECEIVE AN OK TO PICK UP UP AT A DIFFERENT DAY AND TIME, OWNERSHIP OF YOUR BUYS WILL REVERT TO BURNS AUCTION AND WE WILL RESELL THE ITEMS IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT GIVING A REFUND. WE AIM TO BE FAIR AND TO MAKE IT EASY AND CONVENIENT TO PICK UP, BUT WE ARE NOT A FREE STORAGE FACILITY. AGAIN, IF YOU CAN'T MAKE OUR SET TIMES, JUST EMAIL US BEFORE BIDDING AND WE'LL WORK OUT A DIFFERENT DAY/TIME. SHIPPING: We ship for the amt quoted in the description, never more (US orders). We do combine shipping. For small items, combined shipping can yield a very reasonable price on many lots purchased such as coins, knives, jewelry, small antiques etc. As items get bigger or more fragile, it becomes more difficult to combine for a larger savings in cost. But we will do our best. For those purchasing more than one lot, we'll first bill your card for your items, then will pack things up to see where we stand, then we'll bill your card for shipping. We really work hard to keep shipping reasonable. Our shipping cost quoted with each item reflects postage, materials and labor. Again, if we can combine to save you a lot, we will. Items that we won't ship (larger, or especially fragile items) will be identified in the item description. We will take these to the local UPS store for a fee of $7.50 per order. They do a good job of packing and shipping at a fairly reasonable cost as far as UPS stores go.
