Terms & Conditions of Sale Ksenia Collection reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, it is your responsibility to check on a regular basis and stay up-to-date on any changes or amendments. By accessing or using any Services, you affirm that you are over 18 years of age and are otherwise capable of forming legally binding contracts, and that you agree to be legally bound and to abide by this Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, or are otherwise incapable of forming legally binding contracts, or do not agree with any part of this Agreement, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES OF Ksenia Collection auction. Please be aware that your bid is a contract that is to be honored by both parties. Ksenia Collection provides worldwide shipping. We ship at the buyer's expense. Shipping price will be included on your invoice that is sent out the next morning of the sale. We ship internationally in partnership with all carriers. Every shipment will be packed professionally appropriate for international shipping. Items are usually shipped within 5-7 business days. All deliveries are covered with full insurance. No property will be released until payment is cleared. Payments Include Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check and PayPal. All payments must be in US Dollars. If the event payment in full is not received within 10 days from the date of the auction, any outstanding amounts will be charged. The auctioneer has the right at his or her absolute and sole discretion to refuse any bid, to advance the bidding in such a manner as he or she may decide to withdraw any lot, and in the case of error or dispute, and whether during or after the sale, to determine the successful bidder, to continue the bidding, to cancel the sale or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive. Under no circumstances shall Ksenia Collection, or its employees, be held responsible or have any claims made against them for failure of anyone’s internet service or technical or software problems during live auction. Auction House will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Ksenia Collection is not responsible for any bids placed 'accidentally' or by 'mistake' from any source. The lots listed in this catalog will be offered by Ksenia Collection as owner or as agent for consignor(s) subject to the following terms and conditions. By bidding at the auction you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale. High and low estimates are provided solely for comparison purposes and Ksenia Collection makes no warranties of any kind relating to them. Ksenia Collection, to the best of its knowledge that the information presented has come from reliable sources. Such information is presented solely for the convenience of the Purchaser. Prospective bidders should investigate a lot thoroughly before bidding. By bidding the Bidder acknowledges that Bidder has investigated the lot to his or her satisfaction, or, that Bidder has chosen not to do so, and agrees to accept the lot being bid on with no objections after the sale closes. All property is sold "as is", and neither the auctioneer nor any consignor makes any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, or description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale, or in the bill of sale, or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect, research, and determine the authenticity of all items before bid is placed. Determination of age, materials, condition, quality, authenticity, classification, purported history and perceived value, size and whether or not it has been repaired or restored, regardless of what is written by Ksenia Collection, are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you believe an item is incorrectly portrayed in our catalog, DO NOT BID ON IT. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all property is sold "AS IS". All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges. All lots are sold as is, where is, with all the faults, imperfections, omissions and errors in the written description, estimates, appraisals, graphics and photography. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description, graphics or photography provided or in the bidding software. Due diligence to verify the condition and description of a lot is the sole responsibility of the bidder prior to placing any bid. Any applicable taxes related to any Item purchase(s) is the customer's sole responsibility. Ksenia Collection does not collect, remit, or provide guidance as to the amount or type of taxes that may be due. You are responsible for remitting and reporting any purchases to the appropriate taxing authority. Similarly, any permits, applicable sanctions, or other import/export regulations or prohibitions shall be the sole responsibility of you.
