September 15th Sale - Antiques, Classic Cars

1.All items are sold as is, where is, unless otherwise specified by auctioneer or seller at the time of sale. All guarantees are between seller and buyer and the auctioneers are in no way liable for guaranteed condition of goods. 2.The highest bidder shall be deemed the purchaser by the auctioneer. Should any dispute arise between the two or more bidders, the article or articles being sold shall be immediately put up for resale. Highest bidder to receive that article. 3.When the item is declared sold by the auctioneer, the purchaser assumes full liability for that item and remains on premises at the purchaser's risk. All items must be removed from the premises by the end of business on the Friday after the sale unless other arrangements have been made. 4.Full payment for all purchases shall be made by purchaser by the end of business the day following the sale unless prior arrangements have been made. 5. Payments shall be made in the form of cash, approved check, visa, or mastercard.
