BUYER'S PREMIUM We offer live bidding in-house, as well as absentee bidding, telephone bidding and Internet bidding. Internet bidding is available through LiveAuctioneers and Invaluable and is subject to an additional 2% charge added to our 23% buyers premium. All new bidders will be required to pre-register with Haylee Auction, and returning bidders will be asked to sign and complete a new bid form with each sale. Certificate. If the Lot is not with G.I.A. Certificate, the consignor will guarantee all of their jadeite Jades can get a G.I.A. Certificate with 100% Natural Jadeite. Or 100% money back within 30 days. You can pay extra G.I.A. Lab fee to get the certificate. CONDITION REPORTS Complementary condition reports are executed on an as-requested basis and may be obtained by contacting our offices. Condition reports submitted less than 24 hours prior to the sale may not be completed. The absence of a condition report does not reflect the state of the object. PAYMENT Payment is due for in-house bidders on the day of sale and within five days for all other bidders. Failure to remit payment within this timeline may result in the cancellation of the sale. Personal checks from first time buyers must be accompanied by a letter of introduction from their banking institution. All invoices over $3,000 must be paid in cash, wire transfer or cashier's check. Successful bidders paying by credit or debit card will be subject to an additional 2% surcharge. Successful internet bidders shall pay an additional 2% fee. Invoices must be paid in full in order for any lot to leave the gallery. SHIPPING All lots must be picked up within 10 days of the auction or they will be charged storage fee of $50 plus $10/day. We can ship your items with extra shipping charge at Haylee Auction Inc (ask for the shipping charge). Or we can provide you with a list of shippers; however, this does not qualify as an endorsement by Haylee Auction Inc . We are not responsible for any damage done to property after the hammer; this includes, but is not limited to, items left beyond the 14 days or any damage or loss by your shipping agent.
