Of geometric design, the central cabochon sapphire has no heat treatment, and is surrounded by brilliant-cut diamonds and calibre-cut sapphires. Completing the cover is lot 174, a diamond single-stone ring with a weight of 8.02 carats. This impressive piece has the estimate of £25,000-30,000. If big diamonds appeal, lot 137 is another single-stone diamond ring to note, weighing in excess of 5 carats, certified as VS1 clarity and K colour, with the guide price of £25,000-35,000. Our back cover showcases lot 365, an iconic 'Magic Alhambra' necklace by Van Cleef & Arpels.
