REAL ESTATE AUCTION TERMS
Broker Participation:
A two and one half percent (2.5%) commission on the bid price on the real estate will be paid to any properly registered broker whose prospect purchases real estate at the auction and closes in full. Brokers must be licensed in the State of Florida and must register and attend the auction with their prospect. Broker registration deadline is 24 hours before auction time.
Terms:
Successful bidders will make a non-refundable deposit of 10% at the auction in the form of cash, cashier's check, personal or company check with a bank letter of guarantee (as indicated below), sign a real estate sales contract with the balance at the closing. 10% Buyer's Premium Added! Example: Hammer price $150,000 plus 10% buyers premium= $165,000. Deposit would = $16,500 due day of sale.
Closings:
All real estate transactions must close within 30 days of auction day.
Sample Guarantee Letter:
As a customer of our bank, we will guarantee payment of checks drawn on account #__________ not to exceed the aggregate amount of $___________ for purchases at the auctions of Affiliated Coins, Antiques & Auctions on March 25th, 2006 in Leon county, FL.
