Buyer's Premium: 23% (Liveauctioneers) *NOTE: New York State law requires that a National Instant Criminal Background Check must be completed prior to all firearm sales or transfers, including sales or transfers of rifles, handguns and shotguns. Current New York State Driver Picture License or pistol permit with current address is required to conduct the background check. Firearms NIC Checks on those arms made after 1898 that will be shipped, are the responsibility of the receiving FFL prior to delivery of any firearms inaccordance with Federal Law. Buyers are responsible for additional FFL fees on their receiving end for arms that will be shipped and must coordinate with Hotalen Sporting Arms at bhot62@yahoo.com for a copy of the FFL to include in shipment.Successful bidder will be required to pay for and pass a State/Federal background check at the time of pickup if present for the auction. The cost of background check is $10 for direct pickup at the time of auction. Any long guns or handguns that need to be shipped and/or stored during the NYS Permit amendment process (handguns) will be incur a $30 transfer fee to Hotalen Sporting Arms at the time of pickup. Buyer will also pay a flat $30 shipping fee for long guns and $20 shipping fee for handguns. No shipping to CA, HI or AK.
