All items in this catalog shall be offered by ABINGDON AUCTIONS LLC., as agent for the consignor(s), subject to the following terms and conditions. Whereby, ABINGDON AUCTIONS LLC., is the agent, the contract is between the Buyer and Seller. The consignor has established High and Low Estimates for each item, however the winning Bid may fall below, or rise above the respective estimates. The consignor has priced these items conservatively, to attract competitive bidding. ALL ITEMS shall be sold to the Highest Bidder, as acknowledged by the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer has the absolute right and sole discretion to, refuse admission, and/or participation, to reject any Bid, not to acknowledge a Bidder, and to advance Bidding as he/she may decide.
