Selections from several estates are being offered with fresh to the market artwork, furniture, accessories, silver and textiles. There are several paintings that have almost unreadable signatures, efforts have been made to read them and in some cases, guesses or best possibilities stated. You may well be the benefactor of having knowledge of specific painters that had illegible signatures. Everything is being sold in the sale without reserve to liquidate and close several estates. Please do not bid unless you intend of complete the sale, negative feedback will be posted. There are 3 items in this sale being reoffered as the successful bidders simply refused to pay their bills. We do not want a repeat of this and next time will do more than just negative feedback.

Everything is sold as is where is. Please do not bid unless you intend to honor the bid as we will post negative feedback and proceed against you legally for not completing the sale. We do not accept PayPal or Credit Cards but we do accept checks which take up to 10 business days to clear from your bank, money orders which take 5 days to make sure are not fake, bank drafts, wire transfers for fastest service, Western Unions, and of course, cash. Please make sure you have any condition reports necessary prior to Saturday morning as once the sale begins, no condition reports will be sent out. If you need to reserve a phone line, please do so well before the auction. We will attempt to pack items here for successful bidders at a reasonable price. If you prefer, we can also take them to a packer of your choice. We normally are out of the office on Sunday & Monday after the auction on Saturday, even antiquers need a time to recover so you may not hear from us concerning the bill until Tuesday or Wednesday after the sale.
