the shipper is over charging i wont do business with you again, they also told me a different shipper had my items, wich i still dont have, would only send fed........ never again

The product that we brought was not antique. When we received the item we determined it was a reproduction. That is why we are dissatisfied.

Third Party shipping for smalls always complicates the transaction and increases cost so lower end items are never a good value. It also adds to the Credit card exposure which is never a good idea.

Shipping unbelievably expensive for a large but not heavy item. I will think twice about bidding again on something that size.

Items have not been received yet. I was under the impression that shipping was in-house, but as it turned out, they give the items to one of two shippers. I have not yet received my items from this auction house, so I am unsure of the final condition or my satisfaction with them and the descriptions

I have bought several items from Copake and have always been pleased with the process. They have also been very helpful arranging inexpensive long-distance shipping. I always enjoy watching and bidding on items at Copake Auction. The variety is often surprising.
