Unfortunately, I had problems with the shipping costs, then my proposal to include just one of the ceramics from the lot in a new auction was not accepted, and I had to abandon everything.....

What the reserve is when you’re the only bidder
I lost an item because I didn’t meet the reserve but I was never told what it was.

Extraordinary packing and reasonable cost via upsstoresroland.
First but definitely not the last time I check out auctions by Roland.

The shipping is handled 3rdparty, more expensive than I anticipated; they, however, did a great job
lovely items offered and am quite pleased

Smooth transaction
I actually picked up one item, and had one fragile item sent to me. Both transactions went smoothly, and I'm extremely happy with the non-fragile item, since I'd been looking for it for a while. The staff was efficient and friendly.

Great Experience with Roland
The stemware was in better condition that described. They listed the lots as 25 pieces each, but delivered 27 pieces. You can't do better than that!
