Larsen Art Auction was easy to participate in. The items were described and photographed well. The owners are nice and reputable.

I had been at the live auction BUT couldn’t stay until the end. I had never bid online but decided to try. Just go online when driving home and watch the auction! I had to get home and my art had not come up yet BUT had no problem bidding from the car and got the piece that I wanted! Very happy & it was so easy!

Bronze was significantly loose from the base. Immediately reported this to Peggy Larsen and she aggressively told me the damage happened in shipping, which was preposterous as the shipper did an outstanding job and the piece was thoroughly protected. More aggressive denials from Larsen made the affair tawdry. so, I shipped the piece back for a refund of the purchase price and shipping charges. However, Larsen demanded the shipper send me a refund which took another week and multiple messages. In the final analysis Peggy Larsen was rude, defensive and made a poor experience worse.

I've dealt with a lot of auction houses. Larsen has to be the most professional, honest, and best customer service's of any auction company out there. I was completely satisfied with the bidding, communications, payment, and help with shipping. I look forward to their next auction. I highly recommend Larsen Auctions.
