Above and Beyond
I flew from Miami, then I drove from New York City just as the snow was falling and traffic slowed to a virtual standstill at times I called Wiedermeim’s just say I was not going to arrive before they closed. How could they help. They took my items to their home and gave me directions. I arrived. They invited me in and were so sweet and helpful with everything. They were everything customer service used to be. Great people and they run a great business. I love my items. They are beautiful and just as described in the auction I pleasure doing business with you guys. James

Great auction experience!
Wiederseim Associates, Inc. provided a great auction experience. They are very professional, their descriptions are accurate and the photos further enhance the descriptions. The third party shipper (Philadelphia MailRoom) is easy to work with and does a great job packing and shipping the items, and the cost is very reasonable, all of which is extremely important when there is no in-house shipping. The items all arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described and phiotographed. I look forward to the next Wiederseim Associates auction.

Just great people to do business with.
From start to when we picked the items up, these folks were the best ever to do business with. They represented the items with accuracy and were professional and personable until we were able to make the trip to pick our items up. We are already looking forward to our next trip out!

Very reliable Auction House
I was very pleased with the item and the shipping provider did a great job too. However Live Auctioneers used an out of date Amex card I had on file with their site and immediately paid the auctioneer without my knowledge. For some reason Amex processed the charge even though the card date had expired. I contacted them asking why and got no clear explanation. I was planning on using a different card for the purchase. I found out about this when I called the auction house to pay for the item with the card I wanted to use for this purchase. They told me it had already been paid for!! I ended up having to pay 4K cash for the item on my next Amex gold card bill. Extremely unhappy with Live Auctioneers. Rarely can log onto their site easily. Have missed many auctions because their site is barely compatible with my newer iPad. My experience with Live Auctioneers has been very hit and miss, mostly miss!
