Scollard described the items in detail and accurately. They also offer in house shipping, which allows you to buy without the added difficulty of arranging it on your own through third party entities. They packed all my recent purchases perfectly. Solid job by their shipping facility. I’ll buy/bid again from them.

This was my first experience buying from Scollard Auctions. I had been searching for a couple of years for a piece of Bill Freeman's incredible recreations of ancient Native American pottery and was very surprised it turned up in this sale. I purchased the Hohokam shoulder jar for far less than I was prepared to pay. Guess it was meant to be. Check out was smooth and communication was excellent. Their recommended third party shipper did an incredible job packing this very large and fragile item. It arrived in perfect condition. I wrote to Scollard just to drop a nopte to say how pleased I was with the item and the auction. I got a very nice reply from Kimberly and we have created a dialogue. I provided her with a wish list of Native American items and asked her to give me a heads-up if they will be offering such. Can't say enough about the great service and professional people at Scollard. My opinion is also based on the fact that I had worked in the auction business for years. I know a good auction house from others only motivated by profit. Good auction houses establish relationships above all else. You have certainly earned my return business.

The item that I chose was not only beautiful and amazing but it was in perfect condition when I received it, they are easy to work with their packaging is amazing. To describe what they did. They took layers of tissue paper including tape and wrapped them securely. They took bubble wrap plus tape on the Box. I must say that when I received this package, it felt to me like they were sending this package to themselves. To put the icing on the cake, they email me multiple times to make sure that I was aware with this package was at all time and made sure that I received it as they promise and safely. PS: I hate competition but if you care I would buy from this shop their items they have is worth the money and great customer service by far. Thank you, Luis 😊

Simply put.... A Great Auction House!!!

Honest auction house, the items were well described and the pieces reflected the bulk of the descriptions. The issue really is their third party shipping agent, who had absolutely ridiculous prices. I won a 6, 000 $armor. They wanted 3, 500 $to pack and ship the armor. I called by shipping broker and got a 600 $quote. I used my own shipping agents, but had to pay 1, 200 $to have the parts placed in a box prior to sending my shipping agents. Quite an expensive box..... Scollard however was honest, I just wished they offered in-house packing/shipping options as their third party agents are absurdly overpriced.
