I won a small bronze owl at entry cost. After a considerable delay I received a note saying it was broken and that my money had been refunded. Several weeks later I received a note indicating that it was broken and would I release my claim on the item. This seems like a bit of a topsy-turvy or cart-before-the-horse situation. Now I am suspicious that someone else wanted that owl and would pay more than the minimum price I had won it for, and that it would be expedient for the house to just claim it was broken and blow me off. Not a happy puppy. I would have rather seen proof that it was broken.

I found out only by personal follow-up, and after being charged in full, that the item I had bought was somehow "damaged", and unfit to ship. No suitable alternate has so far been provided, although I have apparently been refunded, and "House of Treasure" have reached out to me to see what if anything else they can do to further address this.

I paid for the sculpture right away. No sculpture came. Then they opened a case! Good grief! So I sent them a copy of the payment to show them their error. They did not appologise but did finally ship. I would not work with them again.

They seem to market items as though they are one of a kind original art work but I found that they auction the same items each time so they must be mass produced in China or something. I still like my item but it may not be as valuable as they implied.

I paid $968.88 an hour after the auction. Had to call/email Royal Treasures Warehouse three times over a two day period (during business hours) to get anyone to answer the phone. Royal Treasures Warehouse, the art vendor who sold me the artwork, when they finally did answer their phone, told me they might get around to shipping my bronze statue within a week, since they were still working on their prior auction's pieces. Pretty slow service after pretty quick payment.
