Enjoyable auction experience!

Easterly Auction Company was easy to work with. The description was accurate, though rather brief, and the photos were accurate representations. I was concerned when I had to make a minor correction in the company name in the shipping address on the Invoice, and the Invoice was pulled to "recalculate" shipping, even though the minor correction in no way affected the actual address to which the item was shipped nor the shipping costs. There was a substantial delay in receiving another Invoice, during which I was not able to pay the shipping charges, resulting in a delay in receiving the ring. When I contacted Easterly Auction Company about not receiving the "recalculated" Invoice (shipping costs did not change), they promptly sent a new one, which I paid, and the ring arrived safely. It's a rather unusual ring, and I'm pleased with it and with the auction experience.

Exactly what I expected

I won this wonderful suite of Bakelite jewelry. The bracelet is the perfect size for me and is quite substantial. The earrings are good, but it was the bracelet that caught my eye. The auction house shipped my items to me. They were well packed and I received them quickly. I will definitely bid on other lots at Easterly Auction Company and will pillow them for future auctions.
