Packaging was great!
I had the Pez dispenser shipped to me. Each one was wrapped individually in bubble wrap to protect them. And then, bubble wrap was placed around them in the box. I appreciated the care that was taken.

Great Items, Friendly Staff
I recently won a handful of items with M. J. Stasak Jr, and all items were exactly as described and pictured. However most importantly, I was scheduled to pick up my items and had an emergency and all the staff I spoke with (3 different people) were not only very responsive, but so empathetic, understanding, and accommodating. Best Quality Service levels to be copied by other auctioneers
i could write poetry about them. I see them as the best service in every way. Ultimate customer service. Often times online companies are to blame for problems and then you need to go there Stasak will tell you that and although wish they could help but cannot. So, realize that fact. Hello, I responded to your shipping question and you did not like the answer. When you purchase a large radio with a shipping weight of 55 pounds, shipping is not going to be cheap. We can not control the postage charges. We do not want to keep any item! You could have had your own shipper pick up the item.

Paid shipping then was asked to pay shipping again a week later so i did thinking the first payment hadn't passed, checking with visa confirmed 2 payments had been sent, contacted Michael Stasak twice for a refund with no answer

There is not a chance you got charged twice for shipping. There is no way that could happen. I never received any messages or calls from you.

What to know
Invoicing, payment, shipping/tracking was very easy and convenient. My old issue would be with the items packing, an old unsturdy box shouldn’t be used to ship fragile items. Other then that no issues with the auctioneer.

Hello, We charged you actual postage, plus the $15 handling charge. Your package dimensions were 22x16x9 weighing 5 pounds going to Florida and postage was $31.04, plus the handling charge. If you read the shipping terms, you would have known there was a handling charge.
