Man of words!
The owner of the auction house was not there when we arrived, instead of him is a such nice lady and young guy help us to load all lots in the can. Also bought a jade pendant and a huge silver plate, the pendant worth much more than what I expected and super beautiful, those paintings are wonderful, honest business man without any lie!

Well, maybe you should share my responses with the Auction House. Your question # 1 implies that I have compared the merchandise to the photos advertised. I have not received my merchandise yet, and I won't until Friday (September 28). It was two weeks after I won the auction that the UPS finally got in touch with me to schedule shipping. And I'm finding out this is not an unusual practice at the end of auctions. I really wish Auction Houses would ship out their sold property rather than leave it to a third party.

Pictures Accurate, Description (s) Not as Much. Shipping costs High.
The painting arrived in good shape. The description of "A letter" from a professional, stating his belief in the authenticity, isn't accurate. I got a blurry copy of the letter, which "Does Not" constitute an "Original", which "Does Matter", when considering "Provenance". I could have done the "Paypal" dispute thing, but I don't like to be a pain, when so few accept Paypal, and factored in the price and my ability to possibly "Trade Up" to a better piece of art, with one of the dealers I know, so I didn't make it an issue. I probably should have contacted them, to see if they had an "Original Letter", but pretty much "Knew" the answer, in advance, so I didn't do it.
