ITEM ARRIVED PACKED TO THE NINES AND WITH SUCH CARE IT COULD NOT HAVE POSSIBLY BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND WILL CERTAIINLY BE BACK TO SHOP WITH ANTIKVITY PRAHA AGAIN!! seller sent me an invoice for won item, with my name but wrong address. then corrected the address, but invoiced me for multiple items I did not order, I contacted him to correct this. He finally corrected it and replied that he would ship the dagger soon when I had actually won a court sword (which is worrisome when you are talking about antiques-makes you think of the legitimacy of his sales). He apologized and corrected that. He refereed me to his website to make the credit card payment. His website did not allow me to register my address, so it was impossible for me to make the payment. Contacted him again and sent him a screen video showing how i was making the payment and his website did not work.... no response since.... impossible to make the payment..... says he wants an extra 5 % to pay by paypal. I refused, told him I refuse to pay 25 % buyer premium plus another 5 % because his website does not work. Told him I would pay with paypal or through his site if he fixes it, but not with an additional 5 %. no response ever since. really not a positive experience. I have been collecting for 20 years now, this has been the worst experience from an antique dealer.
