They seem to be in over their heads. I won over 20 items in December 23. I still haven't received all items. The problem is the lack of a Professional Attitude about a resolution. In fact they wanted to blame me because i asked that the items be shipped in more boxes with less items. Seems they could care less if I get them or not. Not much Communication. What little I had was met with Attitude. Nobody has time for your Drama.

Slow as a snail

The description was misleading. They used the word “antique” seven times, including in the title. The item was not antique. Apparently, the word antique was intended to describe the copper only, which was not antique but, properly, “antiqued.”

Over $1, 000 in missing items from original shipment. It's been three months and I'm still waiting on a resolution. Voicemail for Paul at the auction house is full and not taking messages. The phone number on the web says it's NOT available in the US? Paul won't respond to text messages. ATROCIOUS WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!! I'm am now going through Liveauctioneers and any other means necessary to get the matter settled. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

I have sennt aleast 5 times and I still do nogt know how to pay when you are not allowing payments through live auction If the expiry shrolling does not go past 17 how can I pay maybe we should cancel the whole thing I am not excited about this auction and mt purchases when you make me a lyer iff we can cancel let me know This is a terrible system you have for paying If IfI did not want to pay would I have emailed aleast 5 times askinng how???????

I purchased something on April 6th, paid for it, and have yet to receive it. I've contacted you numerous times, left voicemail messages and emails, and no one ever responds. All I want to know is if you mailed my item since I also paid for shipping.

I got a item called 'old scroll' but it feels quite new. It's cheaply vintaged with artificial colors. The painting can be easily examined as a print. Bad description. The auction house is not qualified for antiquity sales.

I received the wrong item I had won a Jade Bandle with Cert and received a beaded bracelet. I have called three times and left three messages and have received no response if this review does not receive a response I will be charging the item back since it is not what I paid for.

Brooch was more spectacular in person than the photo. Shipping was very fast. Exceeded my expectations. Great transaction.

Bought a ring. Description said it had Austrian crystals. I could not see them in the picture. The ring arrived, is lovely, but without the crystals. So just make sure you look at the pictures carefully.

I will not visit this auction house again to bid on items. There was no visible indication that bidding is in US dollars until I checked my credit card. Even my invoice came as Canadian funds. Most auction house that charge US funds say up front on each item US . I went through the sale details and found nothing about type of currency. So I do not recommend this Auction House unless they are more transparent about the denomination of funds. Ron

I bid and won an item through Weatherham and had some initial issues. The prices to contact them is problematic. They do not answer phone calls and do not respond to voicemail. After several days they finally replied to email & I paid. After waiting 3 weeks I contacted them again; they asked for more time to deliver. After 6 weeks later, after several more attempts to contact, they finally contacted me and told me that the item had also been sold at another auction! They did issue a full refund but after dragging on for 6 weeks! Avoid Weatherham.

Very professional, with wonderful customer service. When my shipment arrives one of the coins that I ordered was missing and another coin was in its place. No problem-I contacted Weatherhams and they immediately corrected the error without any fuss or bother. In my opinion, how a company handles a problem speaks volumes about the company. In this case, it speaks of professionalism and great customer service.

Very professional and easy to deal with. A great advantage for me, being Canadian, is that the cost of postage and handling is reasonable, so not an inhibitor to bidding (whereas shipping a coin from the US can cost as much as $US49).

Honestly from all the auctions i bought from, that's the only one from which i have not received the parcel. Do not know anything about the tracking process, the info was to be provided and share with me but never was < The good thing i only lost less than 100 bucks on this!
