Mold retains 95% of the original blue finish with just a little brown flaking on the sprue cutter. Barrel retains 98% of the original blue finish; cylinder retains 90+ of the original blue finish, losing a little on the front edge and on the shoulders of the cylinder. Retaining 100% of the cylinder scene. Loading lever has 98% of the original case colors, frame retains 95% of the original case colors losing a little on the edges of the recoil shield. Backstrap and triggerguard retain 96% of the original silver-plated finish with just a little brass popping through on the edges. Walnut grips retain 100% of the varnished finish with couple very minute dents. This is a very strong case 4" 1849 pocket Colt.
