AUCTION REGISTRATION AGREEMENT TERMS-
ALL BIDDERS THAT REGISTER AGREE TO THESE TERMS-
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS
All property is sold as is , where is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Neither the auctioneer nor any consignor makes any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale, or in the bill of sale, or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability. The auctioneer always reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason deemed appropriate, including any lots that may have a reserve. BMC shall have the right to withdraw any item at any time for any reason and to default any sale in the event of an error or dispute
Reserve Price
Some lots are offered subject to a reserve. A reserve is a confidential minimum price below which such a lot will not be sold. BMC may act to protect the reserve by bidding through the auctioneer. The auctioneer may open the bidding on any lot below the reserve by placing a bid on behalf of the Seller and may continue to bid on behalf of the Seller up to the amount of the reserve. This may be done by placing consecutive bids or by placing bids in response to other bidders. Specifically, the Auctioneer will bid against you and for the Seller up to the amount of the Seller's confidential reserve. These auctions allow the Auctioneer (BMC) to bid for Sellers and against you and other prospective buyers to protect the Seller's undisclosed reserve. The Auctioneer's bid against you will be posted as "On Site Floor Bid." The Auctioneer is not obligated to and will not provide any additional notice of any bid placed for any seller or any bid placed to protect any undisclosed reserve.
Descriptions and photographs
Are to the best of BMC abilities and knowledge. All property is sold "as is", and neither the auctioneer nor any consignor makes any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale, or in the bill of sale, or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability
Payment
We enjoy getting paid in a manner that works well for you our valued customer. We accept almost any kind of a payment if you clear it with Ken or Aaron prior to bidding in this sale. We love to take coins, gold bullion coins as payment in trade and often times will credit you more than the spot gold or silver price (must be agreed to prior to bidding). All purchases must be paid for in full within 3 business days upon your receipt of the e-mail invoice sent after the auction closes. We accept direct deposits into any J.P. Morgan Chase Bank lobby, Chase quick pay, credit and debit cards, all types of personal or business checks, cash and bank wires are always welcome, NO PAYPAL. Must call in to make payment.
Shipping
Unlike any other company and to welcome all bidders, BMC offers a flat rate shipping amount of $5.50 per item and $.50 for each additional item won to all United States Bidders. We can provide tracking information upon request. Please allow up 1-10 days for shipment of goods. International bidders will pay actual shipping through USPS or FedEx. Some property that is sold at auction can be subject to laws governing export from the U.S., such as items that include material from some endangered species. Import restrictions from foreign countries are subject to these same governing laws. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to bidding/buying. We do not mark merchandise as "gifts" or lower the actual sale amount as US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior, thank you for your understanding.
Granting of licensing for import or export of goods from local authorities is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Denial or delay of licensing will not constitute cancellation or delay in payment for the total purchase price of these lots.
Bidding
Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms and all other terms announced at the time of sale whether bidding in person, through a representative, by phone, by Internet, or other absentee bid. Please note BMC is not responsible for slow internet feeds, dropped feeds, or any technical issues. If an item shows a winning bid, the auctioneer has final say as to the winning bidder. ALL DECISIONS are final and non revocable. All invoices incurred by Internet Bidders are due upon receipt of the invoice. All bids placed are the responsibility of the bidder and under no circumstances may they be canceled. You are responsible for all people bidding, for, under, in lieu and as a representative for the account named.
