A late 17th/early 19th century Dutch Friesland wall clock. This came to us disassembled and is being sold that way. Most of the the parts are here, but missing is a large weight and the pendulum suspension assembly (with the top of the pendulum rod damaged). The original paint may be considered in good or fair condition considering the item's age, with some flaking on the wood casement's left sided mermaid. The height of the case with its cast pewter ctrest included is 26". 13" wide. According ot note with the clock, it was purchased by Dops Henderson in 1956 and brought here at that time (apparently was never completely unpcked or re- assembled).

We are unable to ship this item. Please contact our local UPS Store,, for a quote. Please be sure and include your shipping address, a description of the lot, including any dimensions, the speed at which you will need it shipped and the amount you would like to insure it for. You may also hire your own third party shipper, they must be willing to pick the item up from us.

The mechanical condition of clocks and watches is not guaranteed, nor is the disclosure of any replaced or missing parts. When the term "running" is used it only means that the item was observed to tick for a short period of time and the essential parts appear to be with the item, but whether the items needs cleaning, oiling, adjustments etc. has not been explored.
