Red-painted upper and lower hoops, shell painted blue with an eagle, shield, sunburst, and banner marked "REGT./U.S./ INFANTRY," with brass tacks around the vent, with an off white paper label inside the shell marked "ERNEST VOGT,/MANUFACTURER OF/DRUMS, BANJOS, TAMBORINES, &c.,/No. 225 BEAVER STREET,/PHILADELPHIA./Contract, December 29th, 1864.," with original rope and nine original leather ears, and a pair of sticks.

Condition
Missing one leather ear, paint is bright and in very good condition, the heads are intact, in overall very good condition. One of the sticks has some wood loss.
