The meticulously carved censer stands on lotus petal stand, rises to cup-shaped body with six lobed parts, each carved at shoulder with mythical beast masks, extending to waisted lotus-leaf band neck, complete with lobed lotus bulb cover and finial. The carving retains wood graining and colors.
