Tim Cotterill (British, B. 1950) "Cliff Hanger" Polychrome Bronze Sculpture. Tim Cotterill, The Frogman, was born in Leicester, England, in 1950. He left school at the age of fifteen to complete a six-year engineering apprenticeship. Intrigued with metalworking, Tim created radical wheeled vehicles and metal sculptures of animals and birds during the ‘70s and ‘80s. His original steel, bronze and gold sculptures are in art collections throughout the world. Tim immigrated to California in 1990 where he has since devoted himself solely to the creation of his unique bronze sculptures. Tim’s work is now represented in fine art galleries worldwide. Measures - 13" high x 11 1/2" wide, Numbered #800/2000. Comes with a COA. Please note - there is some enamel loss on both of the frogs one eye, please see pictures.
