But more than that, if your two years can be made into 3, that something of instruction on Agricultural & Technical Science, including Forestry, may direct your students attention... . I give the Balliol Civil Service candidates joy of their position with you. The future of India depends, more than on anything else, on the rulers we bring up", folds, slight foxing.
