(Disney, 1938) A rare booklet created for new Walt Disney Studios employees. It served as "a brief outline of the Studio's principal departments and an explanation to artists of its employment policies." Black and white character roughs and illustrations from early Disney properties add a playful accent in each section. Measuring approximately 9"x6", the 31-page book is in very good condition, exhibiting minor spots of discoloration to the cover, as well as small creases and edge wear. The flyleaf is marked with the name Lewis Parker.
