Pair of French bronze Louis XVI style sconces, late 19th century/ early 20th c, France, dore bronze wall sconces with 2 arms attached to a reeded quiver column topped by a torchiere pediment top, decorated within griffin stylized arms, ending in grape cluster motifs.

Provenance: Property removed from 980 Fifth Avenue, NYC apartment.

Condition report: Very good to excellent. Light uneven fading, though retains most of original gilt surface, wear to high spots, normal wear commensurate with age and use. Once electrified.
