World War II Lettice Curtis signed The Dambusters Lancaster Delivery Flights AJ O 21st April 1943 FDC PM Trafalgar Square London Route to Victory 1939 1945 21 Apr 05. Eleanor Lettice Curtis (1 February 1915 21 July 2014) was an English aviator, flight test engineer, air racing pilot, and sportswoman. In early July 1940 she became one of the first women pilots to join the British Air Transport Auxiliary (ATA), remaining with the ATA until 30 November 1945, when the organisation was closed down. Good condition. All autographs come with a Certificate of Authenticity. We combine postage on multiple winning lots and can ship worldwide.
