A 19th century Leuenberger Black Forest carved Walnut table clock with lower multi-tune music box. 8-day Brass time and strike movement with carved wooden dial and Blue porcelain Roman numeral markers, marked "Leuenberger, Interlaken" serial #1649, with lower hour/on-demand cylinder music box with independent key wind at base. Exceptional hand carved Walnut case features a Hunter seated with his Schuetzen rifle on his back and hunting dog at his feet with tree root and foliate detail. Old finish with slight wear and minor damage, replaced hands, touch-ups to 12 o'clock marker, running and functioning when cataloged. 22 x 12 x 26" high overall. ESTIMATE $4,000-6,000
