A ceramic figurine depicting a courtly lady polo player on horseback; the horse shown galloping with open mouth, plaited tail, saddle blanket and saddle; the rider leaning forward in a loose riding coat with full sleeves; the hair carefully dressed, the hands raised and clenched; the coat painted in ochre, the hair and facial details painted in black; the horse hollow to the underside. 2 kg, 32 cm (12 1/2").
