Condition: Each in overall good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Both with crazing throughout and holes drilled for wall mounting.
Description
Two Dutch Delft Blue and White Chargers, 20th century, each marked to the reverse with impressed "Joost Thooft & Labouchere" in a circle and letters "WV" and "D," with additional underglaze blue De Porceleyne Fles mark; one depicting two fisherman in the dunes with the ocean in the background signed "naar Elchanon Verveer" with additional indistinct underglaze marks to reverse, dia. 13 3/4; the second showing a fisherman with a pipe looking out at the ocean signed "naar E. Verveer" with addition underglaze marks to the reverse "J.X./L58," dia. 14 1/4 in.
