Condition
Updated Jan. 15: As discovered in collection, the pigments remain colorful substantially intact however this work has the dual condition issues of significant all over creasing and area if the water stain as illustrates. Additionally please see our detail images and use the cursor close-up feature to examine each lot. The fabric is lightly taped at the very far edges to a piece of cardboard (the tape falls right off) so there is no stretched or mounted support (when the work arrived it looked to be laid down with adhesive but it clearly is not glued). The fabric has, however, been backed with an old blue fabric and there is an old sheet of paper in between the object material and the fabric backing. Some items will have condition updates prior to sale time. The condition sensitive collector is encouraged to contact our sale expert for additional lot details in advance of the auction date.
