FLOWN Sterling Silver Medallion carried in Ed White's PPK during the flight and in his EVA spacesuit's pants pocket during America's first space walk. The medallion is professionally matted and framed (10.5x19") below a printed T-38 flight plan log used by Ed White to record, in pen and in pencil, the list of intended recipients of the flown GT-4 medallions. These included the President and Vice Present, assorted NASA officials, personal friends, etc. He notes "30 wives" and a circled "150" on various points on the listing. A descriptive plaque at the bottom reads: "Gemini 4 crew medallion carried by Edward White II on America's first EVA-June 3, 1965 with handwritten crew medallion checklist and T-38 flight plan log". The checklist in a unique document. Ex. the Ed White II Family collection.
