1. Most packages will be shipping out in 2-3wks after payment received. Some big packages and international shipping maybe take longer time. We will start to refund process if the package not out in 4wk after paid.

2. All items are sold as is and final. We will fully refund for any shipping loss or damages. If buyer insist to return with the reasons which are not our faults, including authenticity, we will only refund 80% of hammer price and other amount will be used as process fee.

3. We are happy to help buyer to pickup from our place, but invoice need to be fully paid and we will make an appointment for pickup.
