Description

A mantle clock, gilt bronze mounted with porcelain. 19th century.

On the top with an image of Cupid riding on a dolphin. The porcelain plaques with a hand-painted decor of a Mermaid and a Merman. In the style of Sèvres.

Half-hour strike movement.
The pendulum and key are present.

Condition report:

One of the porcelain plaques cracked.

Dutch Description:

Een schouwklok, verguld brons met porselein plaquettes. 19de eeuw.

Bovenaan met een afbeelding van Cupido op een dolfijn. Verder met handgeschilderde plaquettes met decor van een Meermin en Meerman in de stijl van Sèvres.

Halfuur slagwerk.
Slinger en sleutel aanwezig.
