BIOGRAPHY:
Jacques Delanoy was born in Paris. He became decorator and painter of landscapes and still lifes. Little is known about his personal life. He has probably spend some time in Lyon or has lived and worked there for longer time. More famous is perhaps his son, Hyppolite Pierre Delanoy, born in Glasgow, who also became a painter.
