Description
Ancient Peru, Moche culture circa 200-700CE. Gilded, copper and inlaid with mother of pearl, spondylus shells, sodalite and chrysocolla stones. These items were commonly placed in tombs of elite rulers or high ranked individuals. D: 2.5x3inc (7.5-3cm). Each very light. Property of a European gentleman, adquired before 1970.
Condition
Patina, minor scratches and inlay reattached.
