C. 1890, Bremond Manufacturing Geneva, Switzerland. This is a Bremond cylinder music box, playing 17" cylinder with six tunes of organ attachment crank wind with a single comb in burled mixed wood cabinet. CONDITION: It shows a complete comb with no breaks or repairs. It shows the original cabinet with areas of distress to the paint. The burled wood top shows some areas of wear with light scratches and scuffs. There is some foxing to the top of the base, which was primarily painted black, has lost 50% of its paint as well as some of the paint to the interior. The box plays well, starts and stops as indicated. This would become a very fine box with a little bit restoration. There is no tune card. Condition: (Good) Dimensions: 34" x 15.5" x 11.5".
