C. 1918. A very rare mechanical music machine with coin operation. Called the Regina Automatic Concerto, closely resembling a disc music box, but in fact, is a disc operated piano with accompanying percussion. The cabinet and the changer mechanism were made by Regina in Rahway NJ. The upper percussion instruments and disc player were made by Polyphon Musikwerke in Germany. Along with the piano are drums, cymbal and chimes. CONDITION: We have only seen 3 of these machines. The oak cabinet is solid, the internal components are complete and it comes with over 20 discs. The machine will require maintenance and tuning to operate correctly. With crank and keys. This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
